Ancora viva Touratech Italia ?

Io compro niente online se non ho la protezione acquisti. Preso a dicembre un rivoluzionario lucchetto bluetooth da ditta milanese per un costo di 160 euro, arrivato rotto, ditta inesistente per contatti, Carta di credito rimborsato.

In passato ho recuperato oltre mille euro grazie alla carta di credito tramite la mia banca ed era passato circa un anno. Non ci contavo più ma invece è andata bene.
In quel caso si trattava di una piattaforma online che aveva iniziato a mettere in atto pratiche commerciali molto discutibili, che nel frattempo era stata sanzionata dal garante AGCM e successivamente fallita.
Io avevo mandato una richiesta di storno pagamento molto dettagliata e ben motivata, ci sono voluti circa altri due mesi ma alla fine ho recuperato fino all' ultimo centesimo.
Quindi, anche se spero che la cosa si risolva direttamente con touratech, alla peggio si può sempre fare richiesta storno del pagamento.

Oggi volevo cercare un articolo nel sito italiano...non é piú raggiungibile.

Google dice che l´azienda é "temporaneamente chiusa".

Anch'io da qualche giorno noto che il sito non è più raggiungibile...brutto segno...in giro non ci sono notizie però... o forse non ho cercato bene.

Si e quando lo apri dicono che hanno chiuso completamenti rapporti con la ditta 161.......che non rappresenta quindi più la Touratech in Italia....
Mi sa che vendono direttamente in Italia dalla sede tedesca ( non ho ancora verificato ! )

Ciao vanto anch’io un credito nei confronti di Touratech Italia per alcuni pezzi mai arrivati. Nei giorni scorsi ho scritto alla sede tedesca che mi ha risposto confermando la definitiva chiusura della società italiana.
Copio qui sotto la loro risposta con anche le info riguardanti l’ufficio a cui rivolgersi che si occupa delle insolvenze:

Peccato, mi ricordo i tempi quando andavo a trento sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Mi spiegavano pure il sistema del tracciamento satellitare dei piloti in gara.....

Mi è arrivata una lettera dal curatore , per un eventuale domanda di risarcimento ...ma non ho aderito il mio credito è poca cosa.

Quindi ora si ordina in germania coem ai vecchi tempi ???
