Ciao vanto anch’io un credito nei confronti di Touratech Italia per alcuni pezzi mai arrivati. Nei giorni scorsi ho scritto alla sede tedesca che mi ha risposto confermando la definitiva chiusura della società italiana.
Copio qui sotto la loro risposta con anche le info riguardanti l’ufficio a cui rivolgersi che si occupa delle insolvenze:

They are, and have always been, an independent company with whom Touratech GmbH had a business relation as a supplier.
Touratech GmbH has no access nor information regarding their customer database, customer orders, business processes, refunds, email accounts, etc.
Unfortunately, we have been informed that “SP161 srl” has entered an insolvency status. The company will have no further activity. We recommend that you directly contact the insolvency administration for “SP161 srl” through this email:

From now on, and In order to continue to supply the market, Touratech GmbH has quickly activated the possibility for our Italian customers to order directly from our headquarters in Germany by accessing our webshop using touratech.com or touratech.it. Our customer teams at Touratech GmbH will process the orders and ship them to Italy. Despite this truly unfortunate situation, our Italian customers can now have access to our full stock, quick processing, and shipping.
