ordine alla hein gericke

ho ffatto un paio di settimane faun ordine alla hein gericke.
Qualche giorno fa non avendo notizie mando una mail per richiesta informazioni sullo stato del mio ordine.
mi arriva la seguente risposta:

Messaggio:

thank you for your order, today i placed the order again. In the past this goods weren't available. Now they are in small amounts, excepted of one article. This one i try to receive out of a german shop so that we can deliver it all in one package to you. I hope that the order will be ready on Friday that we can fisihed the order next week.

traducendo si palesa (forse sbaglio, se sì correggetemi, please..)
che l'ordine è quasi pronto perchè manca ancora un articolo, che arriverà venerdì, e quindi la settimana prossima spediranno il tutto.
Rispondo che non ci sono problemi e che aspetto la loro e-mail di venerdì, i miei ossequi e arrivederci.
Dopopochiminuti mi arriva una mail con stesso mittente, ma stavolta

Volgiono la carta di credito!!! Nell'ordine avevo previsto di pagare in contrassegno. Sarà una truffa? Avete esperienza in proposito??
