Anche a me è capitato recentemente. Ho ricevuto due richieste di informazioni in inglese e una da parte di un rumeno che si sforzava a scrivere in italiano che mi ha chiesto "accetti assegni?" Incredibile!!!!!!! Peccato che c'è gente che ci casca.

Se ho visto qualche hanno fa una moto con circa 25000 Km e la rivedo ora, stesso modello e stessa targa, in vendita da un concessionario con molti KM in meno (ma proprio molti), si potrebbe configurare il reato di truffa?
Se il venditore mi garantisce che i KM sono originali perchè quella moto la conosce, la ha sempre gestita lui e ne conosce il proprietario........ dipende dalla attuale crisi economica o secondo voi è una prassi consolidata tra tutti i venditori?
Che cosa rischia chi truffa in questo modo?

Chiunque, con artifizi o raggiri, inducendo taluno in errore, procura a se o ad altri
un ingiusto profitto con altrui danno, è punito con la reclusione da sei mesi a tre
anni e con la multa da lire centomila a due milioni.
La pena è della reclusione da uno a cinque anni e della multa da lire seicentomila a
tre milioni:
1) se il fatto è commesso a danno dello Stato o di un altro ente pubblico o col pretesto
di far esonerare taluno dal servizio militare;
2) se il fatto è commesso ingenerando nella persona offesa il timore di un pericolo
immaginario o l'erroneo convincimento di dovere eseguire un ordine dell'Autorità.
Il delitto è punibile a querela della persona offesa, salvo che ricorra taluna delle
circostanze previste dal capoverso precedente o un'altra circostanza aggravante.

NB: fra sospensione condizionale (2 anni) e indulto (1 anno), anche col massimo della pena NON si va in galera, se non si è recidivi.
