Dear Sir,

According to Article 3.5.5 of the FIM World Championship Grand Prix Regulations, we confirm our decision.

Motive

On 3rd April 2016 during the last lap of MotoGP race of the Gran Premio Motul de la Republica Argentina, your overtook rider nr.4, in a way much too optimistic, you lost control of your machine resulting in contact and crash of this rider. This is an infringement of Article 1.21.2 of the FIM World Championship Grand Prix Regulations.
