Quando il tempo era inizialmente ideale, alcuni motociclisti entusiasti si sono incontrati per il Frankentreffen a Regensberg, una cittadina molto piccola non lontana da Forchheim. Thomas e Daniel hanno trovato lì un hotel accogliente con una cucina di prima classe, facilmente accessibile e con parcheggio sotterraneo per i preziosi veicoli a due ruote. Alle 9 in punto, due gruppi sono partiti per un tour della Franconia. Mentre Lutz purtroppo doveva tornare a Città del Vaticano con breve preavviso, io e Marcus siamo intervenuti. È stata una buona cosa, dal momento che Karina probabilmente ha confuso così tanto Jens prima di andarsene che ha persino dimenticato le sue macchine fotografiche a casa. Niente più dettagli per favore!
Il piano era che dopo il gelato alla vaniglia con lamponi caldi volessimo tornare a casa. Ebbene, i piani sono piani e la natura fa ciò che vuole.

When the weather was initially ideal, a few enthusiastic bikers met for the Frankentreffen in Regensberg - a very small town not far from Forchheim. Thomas and Daniel found a cozy hotel there with first-class cuisine - easily accessible and with underground parking for the valuable two-wheelers. At 9 a.m. sharp, two groups set off on a tour of Franconia. While Lutz unfortunately had to return to Vatican City at short notice, Marcus and I stepped in. That was a good thing, since Karina probably got Jens so confused before leaving that he even forgot his cameras at home. No more details please!
The plan was that after the vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries we wanted to head back home. Well - plans are plans, and nature does as she pleases.

Bei Anfangs optimalem Wetter trafen sich einige begeisterte Biker zum Frankentreffen in Regensberg - einem ganz kleinen Ort nicht weit von Forchheim. Thomas und Daniel haben dort ein schnuckeliges Hotel mit erstklassiger Küche ausfindig gemacht - gut erreichbar und mit Tiefgarage für die wertvollen Zweiräder. In zwei Gruppen ging es pünktlich um 9 Uhr auf eine Rundreise durch Franken. Während Lutz leider kurzfristig nach Vatikanstadt zurück musste, sind Marcus und ich eingesprungen. Das war auch gut so, da Karina Ihren Jens vor der Abfahrt wohl so durcheinander gebracht hat, dass er sogar seine Kameras zu Hause vergessen hatte. Keine weiteren Details bitte!
Der Plan sah vor, dass wir uns dann nach dem Vanilleeis mit heissen Himbeeren wieder Richtung Heimat absetzen wollten. Nun ja - Pläne sind Pläne, und die Natur macht was sie will.
