We can service your bike in 2 cities of Kazakhstan: Almaty and Astana.
As for tires: we don’t have tires at stock, but we have independent sellers here at the market, so it is not a problem to supply locally.
I'm not sure about the brand at stock (especially a half-year in advance), but definitely you can find something appropriate for you.
