I got in touch Yesterday, again with BMW Italy and, as I wrote you, I dont feel that you're in line with your Italian partner as far as your statements are concerned.
So, when you write:
"Just so you know, we are working with our partners in Italy to try and find a solution"
or again:
"I hope we can find the best solution for you all really."
What do you mean exactly?.

Apparently, BMW Italy is not aware of your intention first, secondly, we continue to receive sentences about the "features" of the bikes or to get in touch with the Dealear that have no idea, really, of what to do.
So, we cannot continue in that way, where you say you are working to find a solution, and somebody else is talking of "features" re-directing to the Dealers.
I Already sent you all the relevant informations about the issue, list of names and VIN nbrs, Users that are going to sell the product and/or changing brand and so on. Is time now that we came to a conclusion in a serious way.
