Unfortunately we have to disappoint you. As we already told you retrofitting the cruise control is not possible for technical reasons.
This optional extra has to be part of the program running in the electronic control unit ECU of the bike. On bikes, which are not equipment with the cruise control the needed program is missing and it is not possible to update the ECU accordingly for technical reasons.
Exchanging the ECU will not solve the problem because it is coded on the chassis number and the chassis number of your BMW R 1200 RT does not contain the optional extra cruise control.
