A titolo informativo questa è la mail di risposta da FTE ( ditta produttrice della centralina ABS freno servoassistito montato sulle nostre 1150 RT) ad una mia richiesta di possibilità di riparazione della centralina o di sostituzione con una ricondizionata:

FTE is not selling the ABS module in the aftermarket. The only possibility to buy a new module is, to buy it at the BMW dealer.
Because of safety reasons, the module is not designed for repair in a workshop. Therefore I recommend not to buy any repaired module. Think to your safety.
To buy a used module is possible but this module must have the same number of electronic and has to be from a BMW R 1150 RT. The numbers you gave me, are the numbers of the electronic. The correct number for the complete module is S2AB00.077 or the BMW number 7667031. It is also important to have the module from a RT 1150 with fully combined brake. I think your bike has a fully combined brake. Later, this was changed.
If you get a used module, you have to set back the control unit to Data transfer. This is only possible in a BMW workshop.
