Removing battery: removes all power from internal microprocesser and will allow the unit to restart if it is in some bad state. (The zumo does not use any battery backed memory for storing your settings, routes, waypoints or tracks so this will
not clear anything.)
Plus and Power key: This is like hitting the reset button on your PC. It will literally restart the microprocessor and reboot your zumo. This should be tried before removing the battery, since it doesn't require any kind of wrench.
Turn on while holding the lower right corner: Garmin calls this Hard Reset. This clears all the nonvol memory of the zumo. So all your settings, tracks (except archives), waypoints and routes will be lost.
