I have placed an order for a copy of the Update DVD but unfortunately I have not received it yet. My order ID: .................. ..../ ..../2006. Could you please advise whether the disk has been despatched and if so the estimated time of arrival. Otherwise could you please inform me abuot the expected shipping date.
