Il punto è come faceva notare qualcuno che le spine vengono staccate quotidianamente ma credo che Welby volesse fare rispettare legittimamente un su principio. Il problema mi resta pare sul fatto se la cosa viene considerata un rifiuto al trattamento sanitario oppure un intervento di assistenza al suicidio; la distinzione mi pare tutt'altro che banale. Da qui credo anche la necessità di chiarire l'aspetto legale.
