ho fatto un bonifico di 149+21.95 e mandato il fax.....sapete il perchè di questi altri 21,95 eu????

nessuno sa spiegarmi??

Se hai già fatto un bonifico di 171,90, basta, non credo che devi pagare altro.
Mandagli per fax una copia del bonifico e delle due mail poi vedi cosa ti rispondono :evil3:

IO gli ho pagato con la carta e 21 euro e rotti solo una volta.. ci sarà stato un misunderstanding.. mandagli una mail dicendogli che era già stato pagato ......
sono molto rapidi in 4 giorni ho ricevuto tutto!

Sembra che tu abbia ordinato una cosa il 6 ed una il 12.....

Ci sono due numeri fattura diversi
Invoice-No. : 045286
Invoice-No. : 055321
ma la seconda contiene solo costi di spedizione

Potrebbe spiegarsi solo se debbono farti 2 pacchi, ma se hai ordinato un
oggetto solo tutto ciò è molto strano !!!!!!

Se hai pagato con un bonifico SWIFT la tua banca ti ha addebitato le spese per la sua parte e la banca del destinatario ha addebitato loro le spese per la loro parte quindi loro reclamano venti euro circa perchè la loro banca si è trattenuta le spese per il bonifico SWIFT. Io quando faccio un bonifico all'estero posso scegliere se addebitarmi tutte le spese o se le spese sono SHARED, ovvero, divise tra la banca del mittente e qeulla del destinatario.

Potrebbe essere una spiegazione ...

no no mi hanno trattenuto sia le spese della mia banca sia quelle dela loro....appunto non mi risulta di aver fatto 2 ordini ma solo quello della giacca!

risolto tutto.....me l hanno spedita oggi!
