Promettono bene... ora speriamo arrivi anche una decente sostituta delle Anakee 3!! 😉

praticamente sostituiscono le Pilot Road 4?

Sì, ma probabilmente le PR4 continueranno ad essere prodotte per ancora un po’, e facilmente scenderanno di prezzo...

Bel disegno....aspetto la comparativa e potrei anche decidere di provarle....ero quasi deciso per Metzler m7 ma queste mi piacciono di più!

Queste però non sono della categoria M7, sono paragonabili alle Roadtec oppure alle vecchie Z8

Sono d'accordo però per le mie velocità e per le mie pieghe sono assolutamente equivalenti!
Fra l'altro anche se può sembrare una stupidata il disegno dello pneumatico mi crea ansie o sicurezze e quindi scelgo anche in funzione a quello!

La posteriore non è un po' povera di intagli per l'acqua?

Il posteriore passa sulla traccia dell’anteriore,che apre il velo d’acqua...non dico che il posteriore passa sull’asciutto ma sicuramente non ha necessità di drenare come l’anteriore 😉

@gonfia.. sarà, ma le PR4, le Roadtec 01 ed altre hanno più intaglio.. queste sembrano un po' più sportive come battistrada..

Ma Michelin ne decanta le prestazioni proprio sull'umido, anche rispetto al PR4.

Ciao a tutti, ho un GS 1200 del 2007 devo cambiare subito le gomme ma vorrei una soluzione diciamo ibrida.. utilizzare la moto sia su asfalto che sterrato.
Che mi consigliate, sulla base della Vostra esperienza ?

Personalmente mi sono trovato benissimo con le Roadtec 01. Montate sulla Multi, non fanno rimpiangere le Scorpion di primo equipaggiamento, e garantiscono miglior resa chilometrica.

Le Michelin ROAD 4, personalmente, non mi sono mai piaciute.

Hai ragione... io comunque credo che se si scivola sul bagnato entro certi limiti il problema sia più di mescola che di disegno del battistrada.

Parlano di nuove mescole, e sicuramente dopo aver preso dei punti dalla concorrenza più recente negli ultimi test comparativi avranno cercato di correre ai ripari...

Forse confondi con le RS. Le Road 4 non hanno assolutamente perso punti su alcuna comparativa e continuano ad essere il top assoluto sul bagnato, dall’umido all’inondazione. Soprattutto per chi la moto la usa sul serio e tutto l’anno. Poi come resa chilometrica siamo a livelli che chi altri possono solo sognarsi.
Hanno il solo difetto dell’eccessiva rumorosità e dal disegno delle 5 credo che abbiano lavorato parecchio in tal senso.

le pr4 sul gs sono una bomba, queste credo che possano essere pure meglio, sono ansioso di provarle!

Personalmente, mi piace il fatto che sui lati non ci siano intagli, perchè se piove, o c'è asfalto umido/sporco vado piano, quindi non raggiungo mai angoli di piega tali da pensare che i servano intagli sui bordi delle gomme.

Ma quando è asciutto e l'asfalto è pulito qualche piega mi piace farla, e quella parte di gomma che non ha intagli significa più superfice di appoggio e probabilmente maggiore tenuta.

Sono anni che non uso più Michelin in favore di Dunlop, resto alla "finestra" in attesa di leggere non tanto i tester delle riviste, quanto piuttosto motociclisti che le proveranno e avranno la voglia di descrivere come ci si trova.
Nel frattempo vado avanti usando la concorrenza.

Da quando si è capito in mgp che Michelin ê una schifezza per principio non le prendo neanche in considerazione...

PR3 PR4, mi hanno accompagnato per 130.000km, queste saranno sicuramente meglio.
appena riavrò la moto saranno montate di sicuro
