GIOVANNI SALA WINS THE PRESTIGIUOS DUEL FOR KTM!

One second decided on the victory to conclude at the 2-Zylinder Königsklasse, the brand-new Race Event on the first day of the Erzbergrodeo in 2005, and KTM fetches the first podium at the Erzberg! With two perfect runs over the 17.5 km long gravel piste to the Erzberg peak the KTM factory rider Giovanni Sala (ITA) secured the first podium for the Mattighofener on his KTM 950 Super Enduro.

Behind Sala, Chris Pfeiffer (DE) hammered over the finish line on this BMW HP2. Kurt Nicoll (UK) saved an impressive third place for KTM, the Motocross team manager lost 10 seconds on his fellow brand collegue Sala.

The 2-Zylinder Königsklasse created huge excitement in the city of Eisenerz, as both heats of the newly established race event were started directly at the very center of town. Thousands of spectators cheered for the 60 big-bore riders and made the event a tremendous success for the race-promotors, providing exciting race-action and the breathtaking thunder of the mighty 2 cylinder Enduro bikes.

On Friday, May 27th the Erzbergrodeo-Action continues with the SIEMENS/TELERING IRON ROAD PROLOGUE, featuring the largest field of starters in the whole Offroad scene. Up to 1.300 Enduro riders attack the Prologue gravel piste up to the peak of the Erzberg!

Mi sa che il debutto l'ha vinto il lato ORANGE della forza...
Certo che sembra che ci siano tutte le buone basi per una bella competizione in off su tante gare... chissà che non si ritorni ad antichi splendori!!!!

Ma non avevamo dubbi che il KTM sia il migliore. Il fatto è che noi montiamo BMW e quindi non ce ne frega un ca@@o. :-)))))

Mi rivolgo soprattutto a chi ne capisce più di me di enduro, io ve la porgo così...
La Superenduro ha dato 1 solo secondo alla HP2, quel secondo potrebbe essere nel polso di Giò Sala?
Se Sala e Pfeiffer si scambiassero le moto come finirebbe? ;)

c'è da dire però che il pilota bmw si è spaccato il culo, giò si è fatto una passeggiata, doveva solo dimostrare che ktm è leader nell'enduro...cosa che sa tutto il mondo!

sicuramente è merito del polso di GIO... mitico!!! :cool:

però la KTM in pochi mesi ha allestito una moto senza pomposità e marketing..... beh quando la base è buona.... non ci vuole molto... assembli la roba che hai e via.... :eek:
