tutto ciò premesso l'irresistibile PIACERE ESTETICO...anke io onestamente non sò se ci farò raid africani o arriverò a pechino in moto, però anke solo a guardarla sarà sempre bellissima !!!

ritengo il 1150 una bellissima moto, ma non riesco a capire tutta questa "storia" alle spalle che la 1200 non potra' aver mai, perche'?, per quel che concerne l'acquisto di alcuni, "solo per sembrar rider" stai pur certo che ci sono pure sulle 1150 (o ci sono stati sino a quando era il modello top)

La BMW ora produce la serie milleddue. Anche a me piace il vecchio ADV, ma non si può ogni volta che viene tirato in ballo l'argomento GS iniziare sta rottura di coglioni di "quello e de plastica", "col mio ce faccio le pareti verticali", "era mejo prima", "i marocchini al semaforo guadagnano mezzo milione al giorno".

Non se ne può più. Veramente.

Cerchiamo di parlare di moto senza fare guerre di religione.

Un conto è discutere delle qualità (in più o in meno) delle moto e dei vari modelli (come alcune risposte sensate alla domanda di SHT che ci sono in questo post)... un conto è stare a fare queste pallosissime divisioni in caste, faide e, sopratutto, ripetere sempre le stesse cose ogni post.

nel caso specifico rinnovo quello che ho detto e ridetto da tempo, io ho avuto il GS1200 e l'ho eliminato per prendere la mia attuale GS1150 ADV
è chiaro il concetto?

pensare che un appassionato BMW non prenda sempre l'ultimo modello perche è un pezzente mi sa di discorso molto limitato....
per te una Jap è uguale ad una BMW ed una BMW è uguale a tante altre, PER NOI NO! ;)

dagli uno scooter o una moto con molti cavalli, dagli un logo elicoso con il quale scendere contenti al bar sotto casa e la loro vita da motociclista è completa... poi se gli chiedi di viaggi ti raccontano l'ultima volta che sono stato al mare che sta distante 50km da casa :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

MOTORCYCLIST NAMES BMW R 1200 GS ADVENTURE BEST ADVENTURE BIKE AND R 1200 RT BEST TOURING BIKE FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW


Woodcliff Lake, NJ - August 2, 2006... Once again, BMW motorcycles have earned high-fives from editors of Motorcyclist Magazine. In the publication's September issue, the BMW R 1200 GS is named Best Adventure Bike for 2006, while the R 1200 RT captured top honors in the Touring category - both for the second year in a row.
Since its introduction in early 2004, the versatile R 1200 GS has won consistent praise from motorcycle enthusiasts and the motorcycling press for its exceptional performance both on and off-road. In addition to winning Motorcyclist's Adventure category last year, it was named Motorcycle of the Year by Motorcyclist editors in 2004, International Bike of the Year, and one of Cycle World's top ten motorcycles for 2004. That same year, the GS also earned an International Design Excellence "Gold" Award by the Industrial Design Society of America.

According to editors of Motorcyclist, the latest GS is "more like half a jeep than a real dirt bike…it will take you to work all week, mortify sportbike poseurs in the twisty bits on Saturday, then follow an afternoon's worth of logging roads over the river, through the woods to grandma's house (and back) on one 8.7-gallon tank of gas."

Describing their Best Touring category pick, Motorcyclist editors write, "The R1200RT inhales East Texas tedium as happily as it reels in the length of California's Coast Highway, which is why the RT waltzes off with the best touring bike trophy for the second year in a row. The most luxurious iteration of BMW's 1170cc boxer is amazingly agile, with sufficient punch to steam past processionals of rental cars and motor homes. The electrically adjustable windscreen is there when you need it and out of the way when you don't. BMW's removable luggage is the best in the business. And there are enough optional amenities -- from a heated seat to a CD-player and GPS navigation -- to make the I-40 between Albuquerque and Amarillo almost tolerable; a minor miracle all by itself."

nzu... non è esattamente cosi, chi esalta la leggerezza del 1200 è solo perche non riesce a guidare la 1150 e sai che figura farebbero se mentre la biondina che succhia la granita al tavolino guarda nel momento che cede la gambetta per via del peso della moto.... :lol:
