Visto che c'è qualche novità, per tutti, posto qui e sull'altro forum dedicato, gli ultimi scambi avuti con la Germania:

1) Ho lasciato un messaggio al personaggio Tedesco circa il fatto che hanno girato la mia mail a BMW Italia...

As per the message I left to you on twitter, here I repeat: I received today a mail from you saying that mine has been forwarded back to BMW Italia for furthere Assessment. Why asking me to send you all the information telling me: " I cannot promise anything but we will get in touch with relevant department taking your case with us." if you simply send back all to Italy? I cant understand...can you explain?

Il contenuto è chiaro: perché chiedermi di inviarti una mail se poi la giri a BMW Italia?

di conseguenza ricevo quanto qui di seguito, a spiegazione, ed è evidente che non ha letto le mail:

As Joerg is on holiday, I hope that you do not mind me jumping into this case and answering the question.

As far as I can see you intitially wrote a tweet about the GS issue tagging @BMWMotorrad (the international page). That's why Joerg asked you to send him all that information, so we could check where your bike is and help you to get it fixed. That's also why the information was sent back to Italy. In the end your dealer needs to check the bike in Italy and fix it there.

I hope that makes sense.

On the 13th of July I believe you sent me a message on Twitter that you were going to visit your dealer, how did that go?

Quindi rispondo quanto segue, dove dico che tutto è già stato comunicato e, a meno di risposte serie, non ho intenzione di parlare con BMW Italia se si parla di "peculiarità":

first of all thx for your answer. By july 15th I sent a mail with all relevant information to Joerg. This after getting in touch with my Dealer that, as I wrote in the mail, as suggested to install in the bike some parts. I clearly said all of this in the mail and, I also said that the answers I've seen coming from BMW Italia has described this issue as a "peculiarity". That's why I get in touch with you, also through the #BMWgsBURNS of the spanish friends. Yesterday I sent you another mail that collect 67 italian users with VIN nbrs that are affected by the same issue and the questions is always the same: are you aware about this issue worlwide? Is BMW DE going to provide some solution? The direct contact, I repeat, is because your local organization, not the Dealers, provide answers that sound strange. Frankly speaking, cannot be a peculiarity the fact that I cannot use the bike around 30C as well as a lot of other users. I thank you for yr patience in listening a nervous customer but, unless I got serious answers I do not want to talk with BMW Italia. If you provide me yr mail address it will be easier to communicate with further infos to you. Have a nice day...Giorgio
