A conferma della disponibilità per TUTTE le RS, copio quanto scritto da un utente che ha contattato direttamente BMW più volte. Per cui, forse il software non è ancora disponibile in Italia, ma TUTTE le nostre moto possono essere aggiornate. Credo che BMW dovrebbe aggiornare anche alcuni concessionari.
I can only repeat what I told several times: I had a call with BMW Headquarters after sending them email after BMW posted about upgrade on Facebook which told it would only be available for R1200RS after 09/2016. They corrected their info on Facebook and in the telephone call I got special confirmation the upgrade can be put on ALL R1200RS from the first model built.
I would still be happy if @hdready would provide more information about the upgrade containing dynamic brake light of which I have seen no other mention (especially not in the info from BMW about the reduced price for the update and I can't think of any reason not providing such info making the upgrade more attractive). I will not trust any info from dealers which have been wrong often and even in this thread dealers have obviously given wrong infos. What is originating from BMW headquarters should be reliable though.
An explanation for the info from dealers about the update not being possible might result from - apart from ignorance - BMW providing the update later for other countries, this being only my speculation..."
