For Garmin Devices: Connect via USB and copy the file on GARMIN/GPX folder, on some devices it gets imported automatically, on others go to Tools->MyData->Import
For TomTom or other devices: you can convert the gpx file to itn or other formats. Google a bit and you'll find out!
