BMW R1250 Sardegna Faida di sangue
Un bel giro attraverso l'interno dell'isola. L'attenzione si è concentrata sulle zone talvolta molto pericolose, dove negli ultimi anni non solo la gente del posto ma anche i turisti sono morti per avvelenamento da piombo. Due luoghi sono noti per la faida sanguinosa anche in Germania. Le donazioni ai ristoranti locali e l’evidente velocità dei nostri veicoli hanno almeno garantito che non si verificassero perdite impreviste. C'è molto a riguardo su Wikipedia e interi rapporti a riguardo.
Tecnologia di guida. È stata una giornata rilassante, rovinata da alcuni innocui acquazzoni.
Ma alla fine della SS125 sono rimasto intrappolato in uno sciame di aerei a bassa quota...

BMW R1250 Sardinia blood feud
A nice tour through the interior of the island. The focus was on the sometimes very dangerous areas, where in recent years not only locals but also tourists have died of lead poisoning. Two places are even known as far away as Germany for the blood feud. Donations to the local restaurants and the obvious speed of our vehicles at least ensured that no unplanned losses occurred. There is a lot about this on Wikipedia and entire reports about it.
In terms of driving, it was a relaxed day - marred by a few harmless rain showers.
But at the end on the SS125 we got caught in a swarm of low-flying planes.....

Eine schöne Tour durchs Inselinnere. Schwerpunkt waren die teilweise sehr gefährlichen Gegenden, wo auch in den letzten Jahren nicht nur Einheimische sondern auch Touristen an Bleivergiftung gestorben sind. Zwei Orte sind für die Blutfehde sogar bis nach Deutschland bekannt. Spenden an die örtlichen Restaurants und die offensichtliche Geschwindigkeit unserer Fahrzeuge sorgten zumindest dafür, dass keine ungeplanten Verluste eintraten. Es gibt dazu einiges auf Wikipedia und ganze Reportagen darüber.
Fahrtechnisch. war das ein entspannter Tag - getrübt von einigen harmlosen Regenschauern.
Dafür zum Ende auf der SS125 in einen Schwarm Tiefflieger geraten.....
